You’ve put money away in your child’s 529 account and are ready to start withdrawing funds for higher-education bills.  You need to be aware of what expenses are eligible for payment from a 529 plan.  Should you withdraw funds then pay the college or have the 529 plan pay the college directly?  Should you spend all of the 529 money before taking out student loans?
