More Than Just Coffee Mugs: A Night of Creativity and Connection

If you were looking for a creative, low-pressure, and fun night out with friends, this was it. When we walked in, the vibe was immediately relaxing. The room was set up with water containers for our brushes, on a table an assortment of plaster objects to choose from and aprons to protect our clothes. Upbeat music was playing, and the studio had that cozy, creative buzz. It’s a no-judgment zone where the goal is simply to have fun.

Our instructor at Fire Me Studio began the session by, providing step-by-step guidance on how to paint, mix colors, and use techniques like stenciling and stamping. Of course, the wine and snacks helped! It’s amazing how a little socializing—and a glass of wine—can make you feel more comfortable in your creative skin. It truly felt like a, well-deserved break. The relaxed, interactive nature of painting allows for chatting, laughter, and strengthening friendships.

The studio staff collected our pieces, and they will be glazed and fired to make it microwave and dishwasher safe. if you missed out on this fun activity look into what is coming next and join us on another one in month or so.
